Evaluation and Review

The pastor develops goals and objectives each year which are reviewed and approved by the personnel committee and the session. A pastor evaluation form is distributed to elders, deacons and random members of the congregation each fall. The forms are completed and returned to the personnel committee. Also in the fall the pastor completes a self-evaluation of the accomplishment of goals and objectives. The personnel committee reviews the forms and the pastor self-evaluation and submits a summary report to session.

  2. Total annual salary and housing allowance is $45,000 and is negotiable. Additionally, the full range of usual expense reimbursements and full Presbytery benefit package are provided.
